This site is published within the project Al-Funduq as-Siqilli — Il Fondaco Siciliano, an association for the arts and the crafts being constituted. Until the deed of constitution is signed, responsibility for publication rests with the person who carries the project. Contact: info@al-uns.com.

Nature of the content

The pages describe a project still being defined. The building has not been acquired, the legal entities have not been constituted and the statutory clauses cited come from a working draft prepared for discussion with the notary and the lawyer engaged. Nothing published constitutes legal advice, a public offer, a solicitation to invest or a contractual commitment.

The technical data and the sizing reported derive from an outline estimate built on estimated surfaces, to be replaced by the bill of quantities drawn up by the professional engaged on the basis of the survey.

Unless otherwise indicated, the images illustrating these pages are studio renderings that represent rooms and operations provided for in the project, and not photographs of the present state of the building. The exception is the view of the main front, which is a retouched photograph of the building: the building and the plants are the real ones, the elements concerning the institution — starting with the banner bearing the emblem — are added, because the house does not yet exist.

Intellectual property

The texts of this site may be quoted with attribution. The statutes and the rules of the association, when filed, are made available on the same terms to any community that intends to found a similar house, under the reciprocity clause.
